Unlike others who have commented, I have never been a client of EML simply because in 1986, I was the person who founded this company and was CEO until my retirement in 2013.

I know Chris very well - some 20 years ago I received a job application from him. He was at that time a very highly qualified, enthusiastic but inexperienced young man seeking to develop a career in HR consultancy management.

Always eager to learn, after joining EML he was a pleasure to mentor and work with. I always supported his growth and he fully deserved the promotions that came his way. His analytical and cross examination skills I never found wanting. Although he had to relinquish tribunal work when he became a Director of the business, I know these are qualities he demands of those who have succeeded him in this role.

Chris has served his time well and has helped many hundreds of clients resolve their difficult people issues. He is a very good listener, who has the knowledge and confidence to challenge the opinions of others - a necessary skill in the world of negotiation and dispute resolution.
