Summary
I support professionals looking to fulfil their true potential. Whether transitioning into a new career, role or business venture, or feeling like your stuck and looking for something more in your life, coaching can help you assess your values, skills and potential obstacles, and can help clarify different options available to achieve a successful transition into your next chapter in life.
I am a certified Executive Coach, facilitator and trainer with a passion for helping individuals grow both professionally and personally. After 20 years in corporate life working as a consultant I left. I had reached an age where I didn't want to continue doing what I had for the remainder of my working life but equally I was too young to leave the workplace completely. I struggled: my values had changed and I wanted something different but I felt my age was against me to start afresh. I didn’t know in what direction to turn. So began a desire to help people like myself: people who find themselves ‘stuck’, people who need help in understanding which direction to take in their lives and people who need support in creating a plan on how to get there and how to stick at it.
Over the years I have helped my clients, through 1-2-1 coaching and group facilitated sessions, move forward in their lives. My coaching style is empathetic but focused and challenging and draws on insights from psychology, neuroscience and the world of business. Through increasing my clients’ self-awareness, unblocking their inner critics and encouraging real action, I have watched them take the necessary steps, one by one, along the way to achieving their goals and it’s truly a privilege to watch and be part of their journey.
