Debra Oakaby, HR Executive Coach, helps HR professionals reach their personal best sooner. She creates personally tailored career development and growth programmes for HR professionals who are fed up feeling stuck and want to progress in 2018. In addition, coachees will get the opportunity for unique coach training, enabling them to coach other people and influence the personal growth of managers. The essence of coaching is about empowering people to take responsibility for their actions and solve their own problems, which could make a huge difference in your organisation.
She has created unique workbooks for workshops, which can be translated and make learning easier, enjoyable and more effective. If this is of interest to you please contact Debra to find out more because places are limited.
Her coaching is designed to eliminate trial and error learning, and cut through confusion. Instead, she has replaced it with a systemic approach that guarantees a more reliable and timely result.
When you're managing a career, a road map to help you get where you're going is always preferable to taking the unmarked trail.
I've always enjoyed working people and unless you have worked in HR you won't realise how the unpredictability of human nature which never ceases to amaze me keeps you grounded and challenged. I tried to explain this once to someone who worked in a finance role who couldn't understand why employee relations work took time.
HR professionals are not afraid of hard work and have the drive and passion to make a difference in the workplace. The problem is that they can get so used to working every waking hour that they forget their career needs some attention too. And the longer this pattern continues the more difficult it becomes for them to change the process of what they're doing.
You've studied long and hard to become CIPD qualified and upgrade your membership. You know that you're capable of realising your potential. You just need to do something about it. You owe it to yourself and the people you serve.
