My view: Adopting a coaching management style enables employees to have an input into what they are doing, so they take ownership and responsibility and this improves motivation and satisfaction. Unfortunately employee engagement is often seen as another thing to do when it should be part of organisational culture. What changes could you make this week? Let me know.
