Giving back to the NHS

Giving back to the NHS

For the past month I have been volunteering my services to help Project5, a community interest company set up to support all NHS staff, not just during these difficult times but, we hope, well into the future.

In less than 2 months, Project5 has grown up from an idea into a fully developed and clinically governed wellbeing service partnering up with the NHS to support their staff, now and for the longer term. The service is currently offering over 2500 free coaching sessions a week delivered by a team of dedicated volunteer wellbeing practitioners.

It has been a massive effort by the team to get this up and running in such a short time and at such scale, and we are looking to expand.

If any coaches, psychotherapists, psychologists or other registered wellbeing or mental health practitioners are interested in supporting Project5 through volunteering some time to support NHS staff, please visit our website for further details.

And for any NHS staff, remember this service is for you so please reach out if you need us.
