The Customer Excellence workshop was well presented & very professionally delivered. The content of the course was precise & optimal for our situation.

The Facilitator made us feel comfortable, even though we didn’t all know each other & being an online training workshop, it was conducted in a manner that we felt that we were taking the course in person. The Facilitator spoke clearly, her tone & volume were constant for the two hours so made it easy to remain attentive for the duration.

I have recently completed the virtual Foundation Academy programme and the content (ideas & concepts) and the service (personalised training) made WELL Training really stand out. Following the training, my interactions with colleagues have been more deliberate and focused and I have been able to apply the programme concepts at each opportunity. I’ve more of a growth mindset in my interactions.

I highly recommended the Foundation Academy programme but take good notes - the content is rich and the payoff comes through application.

What stood out the most about the Foundation Academy was the Facilitators’ ability to connect with each user and pull context in for the material. The academy was broken into manageable chunks, allowing us to keep up with our daily activities while learning. Personally, after completing the academy, I’ve developed a more conscious approach to my communication and task management skills. An added bonus from the academy was the 1:1 sessions, which helped me apply my career map.

I have been able to apply techniques I learned, gaining a new awareness of my strengths and weaknesses, and ways to address them.
