When I started my Operations Manager Apprenticeship, my biggest challenge was self-confidence. Over time, the experience really helped me to believe in myself. I’m now more confident in every part of my life, in and out of work and it’s honestly been life-changing.

The Operations Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship was consistent and engaging. Our tutor took the time to build up a genuine rapport with us during the training, providing guidance and support throughout the course and the EPA. My new skills will be used within my existing role to great effect.

Part of my Apprenticeship, I completed Functional Skills Maths & English, and I found this experience a great confidence building exercise. My Apprenticeship has already helped me with decision making and planning within our business unit.
