During my time as COO at HCA Healthcare UK I worked extensively with Sarah during a significant division wide transformation project. Sarah is hugely knowledgable, very experienced and was a joy to work with. Her depth of knowledge and advice was invaluable during what was a very challenging project. Also Sarah has a very pragmatic and supportive style which always makes facing challenging more pleasurable! I have no hesitation recommending Sarah for all future assignments and roles.

Sarah was seconded to my team to lead the optimisation project of the customer experience within a private patient setting. Her logical and reasoned approach to tackling institutional silos and barriers to service improvement were a welcome asset in a NHS managed organisation - which can sometimes be slow to adapt with the changing times.
Sarah immediately recognised the cultural barriers around service delivery and empowered myself and the team to work towards a robust quality model to deliver an excellent customer journey and improved outcomes with her straightforward approach.

Sarah gave me an assessment and full body treatment/massage today.
Wow! It was a fabulous experience. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable
about the body and how it works. I learned some corrective postural
positions and how to increase muscle strength to support my back and
spine. Whilst some of the techniques were quite painful and tender the
feeling afterwards was the reward! Highly recommended! PS the
massage oil (as you would imagine with Sarah :-) ) has been carefully
made for her treatments. Thank you - already looking forward to next
time
I enlisted help from Sarah at the beginning of 2017 as I was in a bit of a mess health-wise. I had anxiety and was feeling stuck over my diet. I knew where I wanted to be but was having trouble getting there. From the start Sarah was brilliant. She answered all of my messages (which to begin with were fairly frequent pleas for help!) with insight and many useful suggestions. Sarah asks questions and never tells you what you should do. The whole point is to get you to take responsibility for your own health but with a bit of guidance from Sarah.
The advice I got was not only about food, but also about meditation, journaling, and breathing techniques, to name but a few. It’s great to have someone to bounce ideas around with and also to have someone notice when you might be doing something strange again, or going off down a rabbit hole!! Often, as we are only human, we (or certainly I!) go off on strange tangents and it’s good to have someone ask you about it or bring your attention to it.
After a few months I was feeling much better and was more on track to where I wanted to be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sarah for her sound advice, her friendliness and her sense of humour (she has a very humorous way of getting points across!!). If you don’t like straight talking then I guess you might be at risk of being a bit butthurt, but one of the things I really like about Sarah is that she doesn’t mince her words, and then you can unpick things fairly quickly and come up with a solution. I would definitely suggest seeking out Sarah’s help if you have health problems. You won’t be disappointed.
I can honestly say, without meaning to sound cliched, that it has been a life changing experience working with Sarah. Having been a serial dieter for most of my adult life (particularly of the low carbing variety), in recent years I was diagnosed with an auto immune thyroid disease and was left wondering why/how/etc. I wanted to try and answer these questions but also locate and repair the root cause, rather than just accepting a plethora of medication from my GP (some of which didn’t make me feel too good), who also told me that the long term prognosis was simply to ‘learn to live with it’.
I felt as though I had completely lost my way when living outside of the restrictive eating cycles which I seemed to keep getting reluctantly caught up in, but in my gut I knew there had to be more to life than feeling the need to keep jumping on (and inevitably off) the diet wagon. Sarah has been helping me unlock this mystery, starting initially with looking at my relationship with food and eating habits, but also looking at my overall lifestyle, as it turns out this has its implications where our health is concerned. It was here that I began to acknowledge and understand the two way relationship which stress, and poor eating habits/diet/nutrition, undoubtedly have with each other. I’m no science guru having failed badly at this during school, yet Sarah has a great way of presenting the ‘sciencey’ stuff, making it both relatable and comprehensible even for a biology dunce like myself.
I’ve now become acutely aware that health and wellbeing unquestionably start on the inside, and since making some changes to both my eating habits and lifestyle, I’ve seen notable improvements in my energy levels, digestive system, & cognitive function, and my ability to keep stress at bay has improved ten fold (just ask my family!). It’s not an experience for the faint hearted - I had to be ready to look pretty deep internally, to get back in touch with my feelings - both on an emotional and physical level. Sarah was continually on hand to answer questions and offer her guidance and support, and whilst she doesn’t ‘giftwrap’ things, there is always plenty of humour added where appropriate, to keep the tone of her message positive.
Ultimately, Sarah has helped me tune back into myself, and to re-learn how to use the onboard tools that we are all built with in order to keep ourselves well. No low carbing, no demonising of sugar, not a salad nor nutri-bullet in sight, and certainly no silly HIIT cardio. Just plain old intuition, science, and PROPER food. I would not hesitate to highly recommend both Sarah, and this approach to health and well-being, for anyone out there who feels as lost as I did.”
I was recommended to Sarah by a friend, and it was the best decision I have ever made for my health. I primarily signed up to her 6 week programme for some assistance with my hypothyroid issues, my loss of libido, fertility issues, insomnia and stress. I came to Sarah as I was having no joy with more conventional methods and was despairing at what the heck to do next. And with this list, I knew I needed something and someone heavy duty and completely different to help me.
What I got from this programme was so much more than I expected. I was apprehensive as it wasn’t your standard diet and health guidance, however Sarah gives you the tools and the time and patience to learn and focus on your health goals. The lack of pretty sheets of paper with clear instructions might seem daunting, but what you get out of this is a long term health investment and so much knowledge. The move away from a prescriptive plan is what makes this so much better, as it’s unique to you and your situation in a way nothing else has been.
She challenges you in a positive and direct fashion every step of the way, assisting you to think for yourself as well as giving you her extensive knowledge on all manner of health related subjects. She has a natural way of coaxing even the most private things that you didn’t think you would be able to talk about without you even noticing most of the time to get to the crux. And Sarah shares her experiences from her journey, which is encouraging and insightful. And she is also a fountain of great food combos!
She is like that big sister that you have always wanted, gives it to you straight but always with your health and care in mind. A genuinely lovely person, who is fun and so easy to talk to.
For me, out of the programme I got my libido, my confidence and the start of my health repair back. My digestion and energy levels are the best I have had in a really long time. I have had my first lie in for about 6 years, and I can deal with my stress in a better manner. I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done, and continues to do as I am still signed up with her (and never letting her go!).
I would encourage anyone to follow this program with Sarah, not only because she is fantastic but because it will transform your thought process on your health and life as well as your health itself both physically and mentally.
I really enjoyed working with Sarah. I felt I needed help with my nutrition and to have an unbiased view of things. Her work struck the right balance of guiding, challenging and supporting me when needed, but without robbing me of the value of learning and experiencing things for myself. I would highly recommend working with her if you are serious about working on your health in a meaningful and empowering way.
I have learnt so much about my physiology and challenged many of my ideas I thought were true about metabolism and what constitutes a ‘healthy’ diet. I have learnt to be okay with eating sugar and learning that it is not the devil as most people would tell you!
I was so surprised at how the many small health issues, (which actually I realize now are very systemic and interconnected) I had were actually impacting on my general well being so much. I do still feel like I have a long way to go in solving those issues and also just accepting myself and my body for how it is. The biggest thing I will take away from Sarah is that stressing yourself out in anyway, wether it’s through dieting, exercise or general worry will not help you loose weight or make you happy! It is important to give yourself a break and relax sometimes to allow yourself to heal.
Sarah was always there with any advice I needed which was great although never explicitly told me what to do , which to some may seem frustrating but it’s important to know that it’s your journey and what works for one person may not work for you and adaptations along will be required to find out what works for you.
