Found so many useful tools and coping methods. Easy to follow - perhaps not so easy to put in to practice, but with effort can be achieved. Very well presented course.

This was a really informative and gave me the time to explore what was important to me. To practice self kindness and to stop and breath and not take on too much. The people on the course were all great and thank you very much to Francisco, the facilitator, who was excellent. Thank you.
