I highly recommend any Don't Tone Alone Course as they are THE best. I have been very lucky to be able to attend a Mental Wellbeing course and the Nutrition and Weight Management course. Both course trainers were vibrant and they were very knowledgeable and the sessions were so that you felt engaged all the way through. I love the fact that as part of the course you also get free access to 1-2-1 health coaching sessions, live webinars, access to free exercise classes and more. Both courses and both health coaches have helped me immensely during some difficult times and I am forever grateful for the opportunities, advice and support given. Both courses have provided me with some useful tools going forward and re-ignited my fire in areas that had gone to sleep. I am now looking into becoming a member to continue with the valuable benefits and support that a monthly membership of the Well Being Zone offers. Thank you DTA!

I have just completed a 6 week course with DTA and Francisco. I found him to be really supportive and encouraging and have started to make positive changes in my lifestyle and try new things. I loved trying Qi Gong exercises. I normally dislike exercise, but really found this to be therapeutic and that it also boosted my energy levels, Thank you so much Francisco and DTA.

A really worthwhile experience! I learned some skills that I will take forward and have found very useful. Claire was so open and receptive to everyone's comments, she cultivated an environment where I was comfortable sharing my thoughts and opinions on the different topics.

Great sessions delivered by Duncan, very clear information not telling you what to do but how to think about food differently and how it affects you. Lots of hints and tips. This is not a diet programme but an introduction into food knowledge and nutrition.

The themes that we explored during the sessions were very meaningful and impactful, and the 121 coaching sessions helped me make positive changes in my life too. Claire created a safe and supportive space for learning, reflecting and also challenging ourselves. Would highly recommend!
