My career began in the financial arena, and since then, I have developed my skills as a trainer across a variety of industry sectors gaining expertise in customer service, creative thinking and new business development. As well as managing a successful team of training consultants here at Pareto, I have great commercial capability, all of which has been nurtured through my experience of interacting with an assortment of clients. I am passionate about meeting new and existing clients, working hard to grasp what their need is, alongside working in partnership with them to identify how we as a company can help them to develop their sales teams. Their development is aided by the wide range of fantastic training courses Pareto offer, no matter which industry they work within. There is a training course for every level of ability, and it doesn’t matter how advanced you are in your career. From the fundamentals of selling to leadership and management training, we are able to adapt our courses to fit you and your business needs. I believe learning should be fun; it should be directly applicable to job roles and stretch the delegates, which is something we try to offer through Pareto’s ISMM certified courses.
