Summary

After university I completed three six month construction placements in London, Germany and South Africa, but I soon became bored with the lack of variety in the role. It was after these placements that I realised I wanted something a bit more challenging and something with more variety going forward, so then came Pareto.

A career in sales was never something I had previously considered, but I decided to apply when I came across the opportunity. After this I attended an assessment day and became successful. Luckily Pareto wanted me as one of their own, and I have never looked back since.

I have worked my way through a variety of roles within Pareto and have been working for the past few years as the UK and US Sales Director, a role which I thoroughly enjoy. Since joining Pareto I have helped increase the operation to 150+ employees that span across 9 different offices.

I am a very hands on team member, and I aim to lead by example. I enjoy a challenge and the opportunity to mentor employees at every level within the business. My hands on approach has gone on to see many members of Pareto achieve fantastic careers within the company.
