Summary

I enjoyed an early career in the telecoms sector, building extensive experience in sales and working my way up through various companies that I worked for. In the early 90’s I proceeded to move into a consultancy role where I provided business and sales advice to companies across a range of markets.

In 1995 I joined with Andy Sawer to create Pareto. Building upon my knowledge and experience of working in the sales environment with a vast range of industry sectors we introduced a new concept in sales recruitment. Since its foundation, Pareto has become one of the largest and most respected graduate recruitment specialists in the UK.

Through time, Pareto has expanded into a full sales development company, helping UK businesses to get to the top of their game through the use of sales assessment, sales training and accreditation.

 

Pareto are specialists in bringing the top 20% of a sales team, who make 80% of the difference.
