Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am a Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (04/2000) and I have been the Principal of UK Alliance Training Consultancy Services for over 12 years, in addition to my 12 years experience as a Training Officer and Assistant Training Manager for Barclays Bank PLC.
Our work as a training consultancy has been predominately within the Private Sector and has required us to design, develop and deliver a variety of programmes to all levels of staff. This work has taken us all over the United Kingdom including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland
These training events have covered all aspects of: Management & Leadership Development. Team Building, Customer Service and Sales, Recruitment and Selection, Discipline & Grievance Procedures, Appraisal Interviewing and Performance Coaching. Our clients have also asked us to provide Career Transition and Employee Assistance training when they have found themselves having to make staff redundant.
Throughout our 12years as a consultancy we have worked extensively with Facilities Management Companies and the Residential Development Industry. This has given us a wide understanding of these industries, the issues they face and their training needs.
