Therapy-First Physiotherapy employs highly experienced physiotherapists and sports injury specialists to effectively treat musculoskeletal disorders. Our goal at Therapy-First Physiotherapy is to provide fast access to expert physiotherapists and enable patients to start their recovery without delay. As a result of our hard work and clinical skills our team have developed an impressive portfolio of elite sport, occupational health clients along with medico-legal contracts.

Our physiotherapists are all highly skilled and use a combination of methods including sports therapy, mobilisation and manipulation techniques (also used by osteopaths and chiropractors) as well as stretching and strengthening programmes. We also offer Acupuncture, Clinical APPI Pilates and Alternative Therapies such as Reflexology and Hopi Ear Candle treatment. Therapy-First Physiotherapy has forged good working relationships with a number of eminent Sports Physicians, Orthopaedic Specialists and Medical Professionals for those times when referral on for further investigations and opinions may be necessary. Additional to that we also offer DSE Workplace Ergonomics Assessment and First Aid Training, all at The Greenhouse, MediaCityUK.
