Summary

Contracting partnerships:
Ideally we take on longer term contracts to ensure new norms are established and transformation takes place. For individuals, teams and organisations who are able to manager their own transformation, we offer off-sites, training and team building to stimulate thinking and inject some energy to keep you going.

Approach:
We use polyvagal theory as a means to help clients develop their ability to understand how to gain insights and wisdom from their nervous system and ultimately deepen their intuition. This has helped clients make better decisions, manage tensions and struggles in teams, remove obstacles holding people and teams back, be more creative, overcome limiting beliefs and live and lead more confidently.

Managing 2 leadership development programmes. The one programme is for junior leaders and is designed to help Allan Gray staff transition from managing themselves to managing others. The programme is 3 years long. The other programme is designed to develop leadership skills for specialists and middle level managers within Allan Gray and is 1 year long.
