Managing change and looking after the wellbeing of staff is an integral part of any organisation. How individuals and companies deal with unexpected challenges that occur, impacts an organisation, one way or another. At these times it is critical for leaders to prioritise what steps they need to take to ensure that their employees remain engaged and motivated. At these times is it also essential that leaders and managers look after the wellbeing of their staff. It is against this background, and her own experiences working in Education for over 25 years and beyond, that the founder, Ruth Pearson, has trained to be a verifiyer for the London Healthy Workplace Charter. She is also a coach, trainer, inspirational speaker and author. She recently spoke at the Business Show in London ExCeL.
