  • The new academic year has started for schools and universities. One of the first tasks that has been completed, using the examination results published in the summer, is to evaluate the effectiveness of their target-setting and target-getting process of the previous academic year.

    What could happen if this same process of target-setting and target-getting was applied to your personal and professional wellbeing? What could happen if you set yourself personal goals each week, month, quarter and year, and you proactively analysed the data to see if you are on track for reaching your goals, or if you need to include some specific interventions?


    Just the same way that a school has an accountability chain when reviewing the targets, what could happen if this was applied to your personal  and professional wellbeing?
