Born in Huddersfield and raised in Glasgow, you’ll find in me a potent mix of passion and purpose, tenacity and grit, topped off with a good dose of Northern humour.
Driven by an inner belief that we all have the power to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable people in need, my expertise largely sits in the non-profit sector. Here I have helped well known charities like Islamic Relief and Human Appeal raise millions of pounds in income, organised prestigious events attended by high profile guests such as HRH Prince Charles, Lyndsey Lohan, Maher Zain, Pele and Demba Ba and rescued troubled organisations from the brink of collapse.
But it’s not all glamour and excitement. My work has led me to some of the most dangerous places in the world, including war-torn Syria, earthquake zones in Pakistan and conflict ridden Somalia. Undaunted by hard work and willing to go the distance when it matters, I have participated in four marathons across London, Morocco and Turkey and have clocked up 3,500 miles in a gruelling 45 day Scotland to Syria bike ride in order to raise funds for widows, orphans and young people in need.
With a host of unique skills, talents and experiences under my belt, I’m unconventional in my nature and cannot be pigeon-holed into a box. But what I can do is bring my versatile abilities and a wealth of experience – over two decades worth – to your next project; be it formulating your corporate strategy, hosting a star studded event or presenting live on TV.
