We’ve been in contact with Liam and The Mortgage Tailoring Service for roughly a year from the time of our initial research until the legal completion of our newly-built home.

As first time buyers, my partner and I still had a lot to learn about the whole process of buying a home. The mortgage market itself can be an overwhelming feature of this. Liam stepped in with his patience, people skills, and knowledge of this area. He answered all of the questions we had and never made us feel uncomfortable in asking (he even made one-hour long phone calls on Saturday mornings possible!).
