I have over 20 years experience in Senior Leadership roles in UK and US law firms, with a high percentage of my time spent managing the IT and HR functions.
I qualified as an Executive Coach and set up my consultancy over three years ago, focusing on coaching and mentoring Senior Leadership and Mid-Senior Management teams. My emphasis is on Career and Performance, focusing on helping business owners, leaders and managers, reduce the amount of time spent on employee relations, conflict, underperforming or demotivated individuals and teams.
The primary purpose is to identify effective strategies, maximise opportunities, and achieve positive results that support career goals and improve workplace performance.
