Stephen Singer relishes the jobs most people would run a mile from - getting down to the details, procedures and processes which in some cases really help an organisation to run smoothly, but in too many cases just clog up the works!
Stephen has spent over 20 years working with company procedures, manuals and documentation of all sorts, across a wide variety of industries.
Once almost a lawyer (well, completing a law degree), his career included over 15 years in the catering and tourism sectors, a dozen of these being overseas-based, before setting up his first consultancy business in 1995.
