I’m Sorcha Duignan, CEO of Lead with ADHD and an NTA Certified Advanced ADHD Coach. I help organisations retain valuable talent by giving managers the confidence and practical tools to lead neurodivergent employees well.
Many people leave not because they lack capability but because they never receive the understanding or support they need to perform at their best. Replacing them costs far more than supporting them. Rather than delivering generic awareness training, I begin with a discovery conversation to understand your people and priorities. Every session is tailored to your organisation.
My approach combines 20 plus years of senior leadership in digital transformation across higher education and telecoms with specialist ADHD coaching expertise and lived experience of neurodiversity. I understand the commercial pressures you face as well as the practical realities of supporting people day to day.
I also offer one-to-one coaching for employees and leaders at every level, including anyone under a performance review or navigating an undisclosed neurodivergence. No formal diagnosis is needed. Programmes range from a single Power Hour to Standard and Enhanced coaching over several months, with weekday WhatsApp support available between sessions.
