Summary
I’m a leader with McKinsey and Company’s turnaround and transformation practice, Mckinsey Transformation, based in London. With more than 12 years of experience in delivering transformational change, I advise and serve clients in Europe across various industries, including retail and consumer products, public health, manufacturing, transport and financial services on operational and productivity improvement, business turnaround and cash and working capital.
I believe business transformation is most effective in underperforming and mature businesses when underpinned by a balance of rigorous performance management, mindset and behavioural change and capability development. My areas of expertise include: workout situations, corporate restructuring, performance improvement, operations consulting and cultural change. I’m also a qualified Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Before joining McKinsey, I held senior transformation roles in performance improvement management consultancies. I’m a master scuba diver trainer, so when I’m not working you’ll find me underwater. I love the sea and I’m an instructor with Project AWARE, a non-profit ocean and marine conservation organization. My favourite places to dive include the SS Yongala and Truk Lagoon.
