- CurrentWith over 28 years experience as a chartered surveyor at Lambert Smith Hampton, I have worked on a wide range of complex commercial property projects including providing advice to the BBC on the relocation of 1,500 staff to a new facility at Media City, Salford Quays and advising on the disposal and masterplanning of their current Manchester premises on Oxford Road. I also work for Muse Developments as a development and letting consultant on a number of leading office developments including Cheadle Royal and Lingley Mere, Warrington. For Waters Corporation I am providing strategic project management for their 185,000 sq ft search for a new worldwide centre for research & development.
