100+ Employees 2004 - 2013Planning, preparation and delivery of 1-2 hour training workshops for colleagues and customers on Apple OS X and iOS software and hardware. These also included youth programme workshops for school groups and young people. Advanced knowledge of software and hardware was essential, alongside efficient and clear communication skills to translate the use of computer technology into accessible language for beginners and expert users alike. To these ends, I produced scripts and material for demonstrations that have been used at stores around the world, led classes of colleagues in intensive courses on Final Cut Pro X.
