    I had ownership of the formulation, implementation and maintenance of all aspects of social and online marketing strategies. This involved research into the complex target markets, creating and implementing online marketing strategies for each product, which encompassed everything from social networking, blogging, online PR and forums. I was also responsible for the search engine optimisation of he company's websites, from researching and monitoring keywords; regularly updating the sites and creating back links. SEO strategies included plans for complex and competitive legal subjects, such as 'Agency Workers Regulations' and 'Pensions Auto Enrolment'. I ran a series of workshops for all de Poel employees to raise social media awareness; from its assistance in everyday work to the impact personal usage can have and paying attention to "online footprints".

Following the successful launch of the website I was responsible for driving traffic to it through the use of social media and blogging.
