Why building smarter businesses? Because only the smart and the adaptable will cope with the increasingly complex, uncertain and dynamic operating environment we all face.  I can support you through three main services:

• Coaching. I am an ILM7 qualified executive/senior coach, with primary interests in leadership, strategy and personal development. I have in particular helped many clients ‘at the crossroads’: stepping up into a new role or trying to work out their next direction.
• Training.  A qualified teacher/trainer, I offer a range of courses focused on core skills for business (eg strategy, leadership,  dealing with change, consulting skills).  I also offer basic well-being training and Mental Health First Aid certification as these too are core to the modern workplace.
• Management Consultancy. As an experienced Management  Consultant, I can provide consultancy support to review, assure and support strategic delivery.

My qualifications and skills are underpinned by more than three decades’ lived experience in large public and private sector organisations, operating in national and international environments. As a result, I’ve acquired my fair share of ‘stars and scars’ along the way and now harness that insight to help you.
