Summary
Harry is a UK Chartered and European trade mark and design attorney and has been practicing since 2014. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA). Harry has experience working with a range of clients, from SMEs to multinationals, in relation to trade mark and wider IP matters around the world. His main areas of practice are trade mark clearance, prosecution, post-registration matters and third-party conflicts, as well as copyright, design protection, domain names and domain name disputes.
Harry has an honours degree in Biology from the University of Southampton, following which he obtained a master’s degree in International Intellectual Property Law at Brunel University which included a distinction in his dissertation. Harry qualified as a UK Chartered and European trade mark and design attorney in 2016.
