After 25 years working in Search and Selection, I founded TheCVSpace, now CloverCV, to give people time and space to create an outstanding CV that highlights not only their skills and experience, but also their own aims and aspirations. To be truly effective a CV needs to be more than words on a page in a given font and format. It is a personal marketing document working for you whether you are starting out, returning to work, looking for a new role or seeking promotion and needs to tell the recruiter more than dates and titles. It is a critical and often undervalued stage in the jobhunting process. We meet all clients for an indepth discussion, enabling us to work together to produce a clear and effective CV which will enable you to stand out from the crowd.
