Summary
I work alongside executive directors (C-Suite) and board members to make strategy executable. That means developing transformation strategy plans, defining target operating models and organisation structures, leading significant operational change programmes, challenging the status quo, improving efficiency, growing team capability, finding hidden talent and building platforms for future success.
I have successfully led to completion or turned around multi-million pound, multi-national programmes, projects and teams in major technology companies, public sector bodies and not for profit organisations. These programmes have been combinations of capital and revenue, strategic and tactical, stakeholder complex environments and technology enabled.
I'm a (part-time) Visiting Fellow at a top UK university, developing courses and teaching programme management and governance.
