I am qualified Solicitor specialising in Employment Law within the Employment and Pensions Team in Hill Dickinson LLP's Business Services Group; currently based in the Manchester Office.
I have particular experience and skills in representing client's at the Employment Tribunal, having appeared before the Tribunal on over 150 occasions; I have also appeared before the EAT. My experience broadens to acting on the behalf of and advising clients' from all sectors of business; I have also acted for and advised all size of organisation from owner managed businesses to FTSE 100 companies.
I also have a significant experience in advising and conducting tribunal proceedings covering all the jurisdictions within employment law, including unfair dismissal and discrimination; I also have expertise in TUPE.
