Summary
Ali has over 20 years’ of experience in the service industry where he held senior roles in international companies in the areas of operations, customer service, commercial and general management. In those roles, he has seen to the creation and implementation of operational and commercial plans, managing diverse teams and territories, and he has also worked as a corporate mentor trainer in systems and commercial strategy.
Following his corporate roles, and having formed his own company in 2013, Ali has completed the Co-Active and ORSC coaching programmes as well as the Co-Active leadership programme. He is an international Coach Federation (ICF) approved Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 600 hours of coaching experience.
Having worked in international companies, he is no stranger to diverse environments, working cultures and all their particularities. His corporate experience and coaching skills allow him to move swiftly, build resonance and work efficiently with his clients, identifying and assisting them to increase their self-awareness, develop their skills and achieve their goals in line with their individual values. He is particularly focused on the identification and development of leadership qualities, and in that respect has worked and continues to work with current and aspiring executives. He has delivered Assessment, Coaching and Outplacement services to corporations such as Vodafone, Allergan, Janssen, Teva, Citibank, Recordati Pharmaceuticals, Allergan, Mediamarkt, Allianz Global and Estee Lauder.
Ali holds a BA degree in English Language and Literature, as well as an MA degree in Political Science and International relations. Learning and development are two of his personal values and he is a perpetual learner of languages.
