Witney Futures Group provides consultancy professionals for projects in the UK or internationally, often at short notice. Its Associates include engineers, planners and specialists in EIA, landscape, geotechnics, contaminated land, land management, ecology, acoustics, air quality, waste, energy, sustainability and other disciplines.

Witney Futures Group provides bespoke contract or interim management services to the private and public sectors, and to multidisciplinary consultancies in need of additional specialist expertise. Its experts:

# Offer solutions to developers, portfolio managers and others for land and property management and (re)development and supporting land and property investment decisions.

# Take forward sites for planning/development consent, including: supporting applications with specialist technical advice; promoting sites through formal consenting processes; assisting contractors with planning, environmental and statutory requirements and contract reviews.

# Lead or support: Environmental Impact Assessments, ESIA, FRA and similar assessments for development and infrastructure proposals including Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects; generate environmental and engineering designs; manage multidisciplinary self- or client-selected environmental teams; appraise issues, constraints, opportunities and risks relating to land and property; and prepare and/or review reports and supporting documentation, for confidential circulation or formal submission including inquiries.

# Act as intermediaries between developers, regulators, agencies, land owners and the public, including: conducting formal consultations with regulators, agencies and third parties; managing publicity, marketing and communications exercises; and using various media to support development proposals.
