Pathways CIC is an award-winning not-for-profit organisation which provides holistic health, well-being and employment support across the North West.
The services we offer promote mental well-being for minority and vulnerable communities and improve opportunities to people who are in danger of falling out of employment or struggling to get back into work through early interventions.
Pathways CIC is a multi-service provider offering workplace support for people suffering from a range of issues, such as:
• Mental health and wellbeing
•Any health condition
•Disabilities
•Financial problems
•Bullying and harassment
•Redundancy
•Drug and alcohol misuse
•Work-life balance
We work in partnership with supporting organisations, agencies and health professionals to ensure that our clients are offered outstanding support throughout their journey with Pathways CIC
The organisation was incorporated in April 2006 and established by Yvonne Clarke and Lesley Thomas. As senior managers within Central and Eastern Cheshire Primary Care Trust, they took the opportunity to form a social enterprise to deliver their agenda through a different methodology.
