Have you thought, wouldn’t it be great if I had more ENERGY?
I’d be able to do more of what I love.
I’d make more of an impact.
I’d be more positive andenthusiastic.
I’d be more calm and productive.
When I was off sick a few years ago, with the help of a friend I had the following realisation.
To get better from the cocktail of virus’ I had I needed to do two things:
#1 Start or continue doing the things that created my energy, therefore gravitating towards energy generators.
And
#2 STOP doing things that drained my energy, therefore repeling any energy consumers.
With this insight I saw ENERGY as my FUEL. All the goodness needed to recover and operate fully.
It’s like filling up your car with diesel. You know you can only go so far, when you’re running on empty once the reserve light comes on.
So our ENERGY is our gauge, a way in which we choose to show up in the world in everything we do, and for me, back then my energy was being able to get out of bed to take care of myself and our children.
Here’s a thought to try on…

WHAT!?!
For me it starts with looking inside my brain and coming up with the thought that will create energy in an instant, and then taking action from that place.
