The ball floats, I don't. If you are sinker like me be careful of what you are sinking into. In the water learning to swim is vital, because the water will not always be calm, because there will not always be sides to hold onto. Sinking into or relying on your strengths is great, but the only way you are going to be a strong swimmer is to challenge yourself to go longer distances at a faster pace. In comparison the only way you are going overcome adversity is to step out of your comfort zone, away from the areas where you are naturally strong and into the areas where you are shy and insecure. I am naturally a bit of a loner, self reliant, independent. I am strong and confident here. But in order for me to be impactful, achieve my goals, stay on course, be on purpose, make a significant difference in the life of others I need to focus on becoming interdependent rather than just dependant. From becoming interdependence I can thrive. Are you depending only on your strengths to pull you through ? Whatever you are shying away from could be the very aspect of your character that you need to step into and develop in order to overcome your obstacles. Obstacles like playing small, limiting self belief. I offer guidance through the process of strengthening your weaknesses. DM for support
