What role does it play in our lives?

To be truthful heals one, creates harmony in one, produces connections that are long lasting and rational.

The role truth plays is of the up most importance in communication and impacts our lives, work, relationships.  It’s how we show up, love & respect one another.  It stops low self esteem, toxic relationships, addictions and helps one know they are worthy.

Wellbeing stays intact.
