It would appear that many local entrepreneurs’ businesses are growing faster than they imagined and that they are making decisions they thought would not be necessary for at least two to three years. In most cases, the entrepreneurs are growing their business as demand dictates; changing premises, taking on employees and teaming up with others. These businesses appear to be enjoying the current climate and reaping the benefits of their local PRofile.
However there are those entrepreneurs who are restricting their workload i.e. demand currently outstrips supply. Are those entrepreneurs, who are deliberately keeping their business small, making such decisions because they are achieving their personal goals, are reluctant to take on the perceived burden of additional skills needed to run a larger business or suspect that demand may slow down?
Of course PRofile may be a deciding factor, as an entrepreneur knows that they have specialist skills and it may be those precise skills that result in the business booming. Would the business continue to be busy if the entrepreneur spent time on wider business matters?
Keep the PRofile of your business in the outside world equal to the PRofile of your business in your mind.

If you respond to positive reinforcement as most people do, plan some small, fun rewards for each milestone in your fitness program. These don’t have to cost much. You could treat yourself to a trip to the cinema, a scented body wash, a relaxing facial, a spray-tan in the middle of winter, or anything that makes you smile (as long as it is not loaded with sugar and fat…).
