• CONGRUENCE

    Authentic ….. Honourable …… Trustworthy ……. Generous …….. Kind …. Honest …. Patient ….
    .
How do you define yourself – who you are in life and how you interact with others?
    .
Because when there is a great alignment between what we think of ourselves as and how we interact with others, life just feels in balance and, well, congruent.
    .
Often what happens is we under-estimate ourselves (low self-esteem) compared to what we know is inside of us and it creates resistance internally.
    .
This manifests as frustration and generally feeling miserable.
    .
But what can we do about it I hear you ask?
    .
This is almost certainly one of those times where it is very much simpler to write this down than to actually do it! Of course, that is where a coach comes in handy to keep you accountable and on track, as well as always raising the bar!
    .
‍ We need to set new (higher) standards for ourselves – and then make sure we stick to them.
We need to create emotional stability in our lives
We need to keep our word and always follow through with what we said we would do
    .
“Think more of yourself, and demand that your actions be congruent with the best of who you are and who you can be.” – Brendon Burchard
    .
    Why?
    .
Have you ever hankered after a peaceful life? ‍♀️
    .
When you are acting with congruence, you become grounded, responsible, and sure. You can become part of the solution to incongruence and inspire others and yourself by being the definition of a strong, solid and responsible human being.
    .
Imagine a life where you barely blink at an unsteady and uncertain world, because you find steadiness and certainty within. THAT is what CONGRUENCE brings you.
