Time + energy + money = More Money? I couldn’t have been more wrong…
Many of you reading this right now can resonate that as business owners we tend to wear many hats in one go to just get stuff done in our business.
Come to think of it, it just doesn’t make any sense to do everything. Not only was I sleep deprived, tired, stressed and just overwhelmed, I also had a bacterial infection which I found out about after taking a break in 2018 which led me to just take a step back and take care of me.
I went from being in control to just burnt out! So often we put ourselves last and business first because we’ve got overheads to cover, clients to serve, a mission to complete and we love what we do.
Business can be a lonely journey and fortunately for me I had good people around me to help, advise and put me back together again. Remember, you don’t have to do everything by yourself. Reach out, ask for help, there are people who have always got your back. You are not alone.
