A major key to a fulfilling career is to know that we are working in a working environment that suits our personal style, matches our values, satisfies our drivers and keeps us motivated, enthusiastic and happy.
Most of us just accept our working environment as it is and believe we can't do anything about it, we can't change it, we can't improve it. Pause for thought.
Ask yourself this question. "Have I ever intentionally even attempted to manage my own working environment?" If the honest answer is "no" then why don't you try it?
