Making your career happen!

When people set themselves goals or targets you often hear them setting themselves up for failure.

You ask, "When do you expect to see it happen?" Often the reply that comes back is something like, "Around next June I think: time will tell."

My thought is, yes, time will tell, a period of planning will tell more, but it is continuous concerted action that will tell the most - whilst still keeping the goal top of mind!"
