• Success, happiness or both? Your choice

When you think about your career which do you think is more important, success or happiness?

The general definition of "Success" is the accomplishment of an aim, purpose or objective: the objective itself may be entirely altruistic, totally materialistic, or linked to fame or perhaps social status.

"Happiness" on the other hand is about feeling pleasure or contentment within oneself or displaying it to others in the way one behaves: it's about having a sense of trust or confidence in a person or situation.

What do career success and career happiness mean to you?  Are they in your sights?  Do you think it's possible to have both?
