Your frame of mind for job interviews.

In your professional life you've probably met dozens of other professionals for business meetings: you've met at your offices; their offices; perhaps neutral ground at conferences; even motorway service areas.

There was a pre-agreed agenda and you approached the other person eye to eye, one professional to another.

Approach interviews in the same frame of mind, not as a supplicant, "Please give me a job" but as one professional to another and remember the agenda item is NOT you, it's the job description!
