How we choose the right person

Candidates are called for interview according to their experience, qualifications and background.

At interview it is those with the right attitude who are given another bite of the cherry and it is one of these who will eventually receive an offer.

We choose our life partners in much the same way: we look at them, we notice how they dress, what they do for a living, where they live - all sorts of superficial things go into the mix.

Then, after this initial assessment and if they pass muster, we engage with them further but eventually it is their moral compass and values, their character traits and attitude that makes our final decision.
