• "Michael, stop daydreaming, face the front and stop staring out of the window!"  Thus spake my teacher during an especially boring and uninteresting lesson.  It made a lasting impression on the 12 year old me, but fortunately it didn't stop me daydreaming - too rebellious I suppose.  By age 42 my career experiences had shown me that nothing worthwhile is ever achieved unless it is first conceived as a thought before developing into a detailed dream and eventually an achievable goal.  Dream; goal; plan; act!  But it all starts with a dream.
