I have known David for the past 13 years, as colleagues (both of us ran schools) and a friend as a consequence.
In my professional capacity, David has been an inspiration: he is passionate about education; passionate about getting it right for his students. What I have always liked about David is that he is an innovator in education, rather in the Seldon mode, allowing his students to think, to develop their sense of self and to achieve.
