Summary
Mariette Richardson is the founder of the SpeakUp Accelerator, a global coaching service based in the UK. Her journey as a speaker began at the age of three when her father, an accomplished Toastmaster, encouraged his children to stand on tables and give improptu speeches.
Mariette is the author of two books, Free The Hidden Speaker Inside and She Speaks Like a Leader, both of which were finalists in the prestigious Business Books Awards. She speaks Like a Leader has been praised by Business Insider as a ''transformational guide'' for women to break through the glass ceiling with style and confidence.Her books are available tjrough Amazon and Auidible.
She is an active member of the Institue of Directors where seh served as an Ambassador for Digital and Creative Industries. As member of the Hungarian Bristish Business Alliancem she acts as Public Speaking and Communications Consultant.

Dedicated Tailormade Coaching Our program is designed to identify and address the precise communication challenges clients may be experiencing when conveying their messages effectively. I begin by conducting a detailed assessment to understand your individual needs. 2. Ongoing Support and Assistance We are committed to providing continuous support and guidance to overcome obstacles that hinder effective communication. Our coaching doesn't end with the sessions but continues to assist each client depending on the package they choose. 3. Safe and Trustworthy Environment Our program thrives on the creation of a safe and trustworthy environment. I am available to conduct the training at your premises (travelling beyond a radius of 20 miles from my Guildford studio is chargeable). Alternatively, I can arrange to meet the participant at my studio. This safe space enables participants to make rapid and successful changes in their public speaking abilities. We believe that trust is a fundamental component of effective management.

We will also discuss your goals and what success looks like. ● Individual coaching plan - I will tailor your package to you, outlining how we will work through your areas for growth and track your milestones. ● 5 x hours - Work through the coaching plan with a clear goal from the outset ● 1 x copy of both of my books Total Price £4,500 Gold package ● One hour discovery session - deep diving into your individual presenting challenges in order to clearly identify the most valuable training approach. We will also discuss your goals and what success looks like.
