My role as Principal of JohnstonGrieve Chartered Accountants is primarily transaction support for client mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, and fundraising. These transactions are critical to company sustainability and growth. Our corporate finance team ensures clients optimize value by reaching the most suitable equity or debt financing structure and maximizing acquisition and disposition opportunities through quick assessment of business viability and outcomes.
We work alongside our clients providing hands-on transaction support, ranging from business plan production and overall business preparation to taking interim management roles and performing post-transaction valuations.
